Dave, The ‘create fringe player’
function: This function will allow you to create a
player to add to your roster. Some of our older rosters do not come with all
the players on them. You can use this function to create the players that you
need to fill out your roster. Fringe Players should not have more than 100 at
bats or 60 innings pitched. NOTE: Do not use the Fringe Player function to
create an everyday player. Since it is designed to create minimum-use players,
this module does contain all super-advanced features such as ballpark effects
and clutch hitting. However, it is pretty accurate and will work very well for
minimum use players. For more information about the ratings that need to be
entered please refer to the Rating Players screen. However, there is a limit to the number of
fringe players that can be create per team. I believe it is 11 or 13. Sorry
that I can’t remember the exact number. I’m not sure why the NOTE regarding
everyday player creation. I have created full-time players and the function works
just fine. I think the limit on fringes and the warning about everyday player
creation leads back to the fear that owners of Strat would create entire teams

about the CD Rom version I've played the board game since I was a little kid
and my friends and
I would always create a team on our own using our friends names and
index cards. It was always fun to have your cousin pitching against
the 27 Yankees or the 61 Tigers, etc... My question is can the same
thing be done using the computer version? I purchased version 7 a few
years ago but was so frustrated with the floppy disk thing that I
finally just threw it in a box and forgot about it. I would like to
create a team and be able to play online with other friends of mine who
would like to create their own teams as well. Does version 11 allow
this? Do you still have to use that stupid floppy drive? Any
information, advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I
simply don't have time to play on paper anymore and keep up with the
stats.
