At Comiskey Park the impressive Chicago AL White Sox easily handled the
pathetic New York AL Yankees by the score of 6 to 2.

Tommie Agee had a big evening at the plate.  He singled scoring a run in the
3rd inning, stroked a one-base hit which plated a run in the 5th inning and
bombed a two-run dinger (his 16th of the season) in the 7th inning.  Chicago
AL had 10 hits overall, while New York AL had 5.

Bruce Howard(12-4) got the win allowing 2 runs in 6 innings. Fred Talbot(4-20)
took the loss.  He surrendered 3 runs and 5 hits in 5 innings.
