Right fielder Dusty Baker lofted one into the 'cheap seats' and had 3 RBI as
the Los Angeles Dodgers clobbered the outmatched San Diego Padres, 10 to
0.

Baker had a good evening at the plate.  He rifled a three-run blast (his 34th
of the season) in the 3rd inning, doubled in the 6th inning and laced a
single in the 8th inning.  Los Angeles had 11 hits for the night while San
Diego had 4.

Steve Baker(1-0) went 6 innings allowing no runs for the win. Dave
Dravecky(4-6) took the loss.  He surrendered 4 runs and 4 hits in 5 innings.
