Sorry about the date change. We'll start officially drafting Friday- as you mention below, but once the new file is posted, PHA may unofficially begin as soon as Dave is ready. I will try to get the new file up tomorrow.

Tuesday, February 21: trade window closes at 10 am ET. Both teams must confirm trade by then.

Thursday, February 23: roster cuts are due (NO CLAIMS), updated files will be posted along with the draft page.

Friday, February 24: draft officially begins. Each team will have 4 hours to make pick after they are announced as on the clock. I believe in the past we've drafted to a 27-player roster. I'll double-check that to make sure that's valid.

This is from an earlier post to the group, so I won't be ready to draft until Friday. I don't know how you got the
date changed.

I'm going over
Alan's draft webpage and my own calculations one more
time today to make sure we're all ready to proceed. If
I can get everything evened out, we will get you a new file
so that all the proper FA's available for draft are
contained in the FA listing.
Today is very busy for me-
work, funeral, eye doctor- so my time on this will be
limited. Hopefully, we can start unofficially with PAA
tomorrow. Our official draft begins Thursday at 8 am
ET.
