Previous message                 Next message Message #: 18116 Message from: Thomas Treece Sent: Jul 30, 2017 Subject: Week 22 begins 1942 is on its final week.  Please refer to the previous post on end-of-season scheduling. No FA claims this week. I looked over rosters yesterday.  There are several teams - NYN 31, PHA 32, and SLA 28 who will have an awful time getting back to 25 players this year.  So, I think we'll wait one more year til 1940 to cut back to a 25 man-roster to draft.  We will stay at 26 players for drafting in 1941.  In addition, I looked at the A's roster in particular, and most of the "releasable" players are restricted/rookies.  So, I may have to make additional allowances to let some teams get under the limit even after trades.  We certainly want all 14 teams to participate in the draft. Enjoy your final week of games, and stay on top of your usage.  Our limits are at 110% for PA and IP.  After reviewing the teams, there are only a few players who have bumped over, and all of them are inactive for the final week.
