I'd suggest going to 1 hour slots, just send the time slots out the night before, we'd be done quickly, and then teams can more adequately prepare for when they are on the clock. The problem with the current system is that if a bunch of teams pick, your slot comes up before you would expect it. This draft I've been traveling, a lot the last week, so checking email when you're on a cross country flight isn't an option. If teams know that they're on the clock at a certain time, it would eliminate the problem with a 4 hour time when a team doesn't make a pick We use 1 hour slots in my leagues and it works well.
