I don't know the answer to your question, but I hop you'll share your
experience. I am particularly bothered this year by the lame copy
protection scheme. I am unable to find either key disk (I bought two
copies, one for my laptop, one for home) though I still have the
authorization codes. Now I am debating if I should bother buying two copies
when version 10 works just fine thank you very much and what do I gain by
buying version 11? I have to buy version 11 since the three leagues I'm in
require it, yet I don't want to be bothered with online verification if I
only have one copy moving it back and forth and back and forth and back and
forth and back and forth blah, blah, blah.
Not the day to bring up Strat's autho to me...

I hope to have my PC back to normal tomorrow or Wednesday; this will
probably turn into an off-week so that we can stick to our normal deadlines
(though Pre-Smiley autoplay will resume ASAP).
Question for those of you who have had to deal with reinstalling Strat:
since the game was never de-authorized, what sort of fight is it going to
put up when I try to re-authorize it?
Fortunately V11 is right around the corner, which should be ordered ASAP if
you haven't already done so.
