Expos defeated the Pittsburgh Pirates in 10 innings by the score of 10 to 9
at JARRY PARK.

The score was tied at 9 after nine. Montreal ended up winning it in the 10th
inning. Bob Bailey singled. Barry Foote came to the plate and laid down a
sacrifice bunt. One out later, Ted Sizemore stepped in and he doubled
resulting in an exciting win for Montreal and a raucous post-game celebration
by the home town fans. This was a game of many highs and lows for the home
town fans, as the lead kept changing - 6 times in all.

Dale Murray(1-1) allowed no runs in 2 innings, and picked up the victory.
Ramon Hernandez(0-2) ended up with the loss in relief.
