Montreal Expos won a dramatic crowd-pleaser over Los Angeles Dodgers at Jarry
Park pulling it out in their last at bats, 4 to 3.

The game was decided in the 9th inning.  Ellis Valentine smashed a solo-shot
out of the park (his 2nd of the season) giving Montreal the victory and
sending the 32,922 home-town fans home happy.  Montreal had only 5 hits for
the game.

The win went to Dale Murray(2-2) who allowed 1 run in 3 innings. Grant
Jackson(0-1) was charged with the loss in relief.  He pitched 1 inning and
